Wouldn't it be nice if we could find a clean, crisp and surgical solution that would activate instantaneous and direct digital voting possibilities for all people around the world that still need access? What if such a system would leave a lasting communications structure for all those people who live outside the current privileged zones of open information flow? What would it take to construct such a fantastic system that carries a worldwide voice and data signal?

Lucky for us, human aspiration has already taken us to that level. We currently have multiple individual communication networks that operate efficiently and deliver total coverage for the entire planet, several times over.

II.CURRENT SATELLITE COVERAGE
Multiple communications networks already provide high-speed wireless voice and data possibilities to everybody on the planet.

With total coverage of the planet from above, the only elements needed to connect people to the networks are the ground stations that tap in the end-user. The hardware has to adapt to a host of extreme conditions. The two most important areas that need to be connected by new hardware are the remote zones where no form of communications has penetrated and those where it has been totally destroyed. The highly portable and rugged Votrec Remote Technology serves the purpose of connecting these zones.

Apart from being the primary voting system for many areas, the modules can be set up alongside existing infrastructure as well as complimenting needy zones. After the use of this hardware for the purpose of the referendum a vast majority of the units remain in the field and become information access and communication stations. Durability, versatility and the user-friendliness of the device ensure the smoothest possible execution of the referendum.

Satellite systems don't have to be used exclusively for the entire planet, since the patchwork of brick and mortar systems already covers a great deal of territory. It is satisfying to know however, that for any area where we can't gain access with traditional means, there already is a practical solution at hand to connect every last person on the planet.

Access is simply a question of buying airtime
