The organization of the referendum relies heavily on in-kind
services, donated material, time and resources. These expenses
are only partially reflected in the budget.
Should the will of the people of the world determine that
we need to fix any or all of the major problems that face
humankind, we need to separately arrange for the financing
of the resolution of these issues (Section
4.1.).
Compared to other annual worldwide expenses the costs to
organize and hold the global human referendum are not prohibitive
(Section 4.2.). |
