Never trust anyone who claims to be the sole authority on the global human referendum.

To prevent the organization from concentrating around the personalities of a few people, every aspect of the process needs to be split into independent centers of activity that contribute to the same common goal. A pattern of overlapping actions prevents the hijacking of the referendum by single interests. A hierarchy does not exist.

The same de-centralized structure used to organize the global human referendum also needs to be applied to the resolution of the world's problems. Should the people of the world make the historic decision to fix one or more of the gravest problems that afflict humankind, the solutions will not simply fall into place. The hard work begins after the world vote has been held.
